Is Test-King same with Cert-Boss?

1. They are both from Pakistan.
2. Test-king is selling Cert-Boss's 1Z0-026 study guide.
3. The products both of them offers, are quite similar.
4. So far, only Test-King and Cert-Boss offers explainations.
5. Their products(pdf) are created with the same "Creator and Producer" which is Word 9.0 and Distiller 4.05. If you compare 10 out of 10, all of them will use different versions and there is a very slight chance of seeing them using the same thing to create the PDF.

So, my conclusion is, are they out to make some extra bucks like some vendors do which created 5 different names but the same owner?!?!?
