I'm wanting to get into the industry, but I don't know where to start. I have been a computer user for years but that is the extent of my experience. Should I go to a junior college and study for the MCSE, should I study on my own? If I can even get MCSE certed without experience, can I get a job without any experience? Is there another route I should take? Any help would be appreciated.
