i was wondering, u know how some it people have their own callcenter support teams like the compaq helpdesk? Well, if we wre having microsoft problems(office, windows, etc), if there some number we can dial or site we can go to get assitance. Not just for tropubleshooting problems but also to help us leran how to use some feautures or find out if some feautures exist. Is there anything like that?
