Help Wanted @ MCSE

Hey everybody...

We recently did some housecleaning and had to let several inactive moderators go and now we need replacements. So we are looking for people that wish to join our moderating team. I can provide more details to those that are interested, but here is a brief look at what we are looking for and what the benefits are:

Requirements:
1) Must share our disdain for braindumps and cheating.
2) We need people that can check in and moderate regularly (at least a few times per week).
3) Must have at least 4 months of membership at this site with regular posting.
4) Must have reasonably strong technical knowledge in the areas that you wish to moderate. You do not have to be a guru.
5) The other mods would appreciate it if you like beer.  

Benefits:
1) You can include your work here on your resume.
2) We can write a letter of recommendation for you.
3) There are paid authoring opportunities.
4) It helps keep your skills honed and sharp.
5) You will be nominated for the Microsoft MVP award (So far, only myself and one other mod have received it, but you will be nominated and I can tell you how to improve your chances).
6) There are periodic opportunities for free books and training materials in exchange for a short review of them.
7) Helping others is good Karma!
