MCSE or CCNA or A+ or Network+ - Where do I go after graduation

I am graduating in june with a BSIT/Networks. Now, I am trying to figure out what should I do next. Do I get the MCSE, or CCNA, or some other certification? Also, will my degree get me a job, since I don't have any experience? I don't know where to go from here!
