Anyone else heard these pnemonicas in regards to MCSE

Had to re register as my old email address as been deleted. Recently had an interview one of the questions was "What are the implications that needed to be considered when bringing together two logical and physical networks" Cannot remember which exam but remembered something to do with joining Chicago and New York and the pnemonic was PDSP or Detective Seargeant PP anyone know which exam it was or what the pnemonic meant.
