problems with practice exams?

Hey guys, not sure if this is the correct area to be posting this or not as I'm new here, but I'm having some problems with the A+ OS practice tests. 3 different times I've taken the test and 3 times after I hit "submit" or my time runs out I get a message saying that "this page isn't viewable offline, to contine working offline hit cancel or to reconnect hit try again" no matter what I press, eventually I'm forced into the "try again" button at which point the page refreshes and all of my answers are erased and I'm left showing a 0%. This has happend with a 30 minute time limit on all questions and twice on the 50 questions with 15 minutes. I turned my pop-up blocker off thinking that had something to do with it, but it didn't. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
