Any info regarding Tech jobs in Healthcare field?

i have just started thinking about a job in the healthcare field using my tech skills. while i am very green in IT(i just got my A+ about 3 months ago and currently sitting the MCSA track), it is never too early to prepare for future jobs. i want to start looking into it now to see what kind of training it will entail and what kind of jobs are available for a tech/IT person, ie. surgical tech(sounds interesting), programmer, db admin, sys admin, etc.

can anyone provide me with a place to look for tech jobs + descriptions, salaries, training, schools, etc. within the healthcare field?
