Surviving the Windows 2000 Technical Interview

I currently hold a non-upgraded MCSE.

My company is outsourcing their IT departments, so after 12 years of loyal service it is time for me to start testing the waters.

I will be going on my first job interview, in over 12 years, with a company who is looking for a tech with a strong Windows background, preferably Windows 2000.

My question is...
Are there any MCSE's out there that give, or have given, technical interviews and what do you look for in a candidate?
Also, what types of technical questions do you ask?
