I am going on my first interview for a help desk/customer support position. I have just graduated with my BSIT with an emphasis in Network and Telecommunications and I have "NO" experience. The position is in the same building I work in and the supervisor knows my qualifications, "What should I expect?" Any advice would be appreciated ;(
