Questions about Microsoft certifications

Hi!
It's been a long time since I posted on this page, been too busy reading..
Got a message from Microsoft in january regarding the retirement of 70-292 and 70-296.. anyway, passed 70-214 in january, and both 70-220 and 70-292 i february.. However, just failed my 70-296, and since this is retired from today I don't get another shot at it..

The question is, how many exams do I need to upgrade my MCSE 2000 to 2003?

The certifications I have is; MCP,MCSA 2000,MCSA security 2000, MCSE 2000, MCSE security 2000 and MCSA 2003.

I've been looking at the certification planner, and I "think" this is the tests I have to take.. would be very nice if someone could verify this..

CompTIA Security + (Bored with MS right now..)

This path will also give me the MCSE security 2003.
