Separate Exam Prometric And Pearsonvue

You can do that thru Cisco's website They will have that information in their database.

I had the same problem and I went thru Cisco and they fixed it all for me. I now have one CSCO number and I can go to either Prometric or Vue and give them my CSCO number and it will go on my only record.
