I suppose, read the questions carefully. There were a couple of times on questions where they would use keywords and then multiple choice.

The multiple choice are sometimes very very similar, but by looking at the keywords and comparing the word with the multiple-choice, you can figure out which answer is correct.

All questions are scenario based and usually all begin the same way. You can scan them really quick to see what the enviornment is like a dumb terminal or on a network or which applications they are using. This preface sometimes is crucial to read because the multiple choice could have solutions where they are both on or off a network.

I use the network term generically.
