Questions about 70-297

Hi all,
I've just begun my study for 70-297. I've read the MS-Press book and i'm now using the Readiness Review Suite software for practice exams. I've done one practice exam and it was quite daunting to see what I had to do. There were 90 Questions and only 30 minutes to complete all of them. There were 6 Case Studies, therefore every 15 questions belonged to a new case study and i only got through a maximum of 20 questions. I didn't even really get to read through all of the first case study! Is this insanely hard or is it similar to the real thing? Any pointers on doing these types of exams with case studies? Should I read the whole case study first or read the questions then try to skim across for the info i need for the particular question? This feels like the hardest testing i've completed in my MCSE track!
