| I just passed network+ and wanted to say thank you to everyone for the help! Couldn't have done it without you. I also thought I might ask what thoughts you guys might have for me considering the CCNA vs MCSA route. My end goal is to get a Network Admin position. I have no experience in IT and so I think my best/only shot would be to get a desktop support role and hopfully get promoted to a junior network administrator. I have A+ and now Network+. Hopefully network+ will get a few more hits on my resume (almost zero right now...) I plan to do both CCNA and MCSA but I was just wondering if getting my CCNA would be as beneficial for landing a desktop support role? I just thought it would be better to doCCNA now that I have been studying networking for the last month. If I do go for the CCNA how long should I expect it to take? I understand subnetting and have been practicing, and I have access to a cisco 2800 series router to practice on. Also is there another route that I am not aware of? Thanks again for all the help!
