Some professional advice needed please

I am trying to decide where to go with my career. I have MCSE in NT4 and MCSA in 2000. I have about 10 years experience all together in Desktop Support and some Systems Adminstrator/Server admin. I am happy to be working but in a rut. I am considering upgrading my skills and I am not sure what to do. Is anyone else in the situation? Do you have advice?
