Distro

I am burning out on M$ and need a change of pace. I've played with Red Hat, SUSE and Ubuntu. I hear good things about all as well as Xandros. I have sometime to play around. I am hoping maybe it will lead to a cert and possibly a job down the road. I was just wondering what you guys thought.
