The easiest Microsoft Certification ?

Hello !

can anyone tell me which is the easyest Microsoft Certification ? i have a job interview in 3 weeks which req me atleast 1 of the Official Requirements.

i will also like to ask what is the best way i can get study guide or practice exam ? plz PM me for any of those info. thanks alot !
