| Hai. My name is Syed Najmuddin. I have 10 years of working experience Computer Hardware, Networking and Customer Support. My academic back ground is not good. I have done my Pre-University, 2 years Vocational course by Board of Vocational Education Govt. of Karnataka and 3 years course in Aptech which covers the topics for CNE 4.11 and MCSE 4.0 certifications. But I didnt attempted even a single certification exam, because I had my own bussiness in India and I felt it is not necessary to do the certifications. But now I am in Dubai working for Raqmiyat LLC and they have deputed me in HSBC bank. I am enjoying the work, I have the confidence that I can do any task. Because of my weak academic background I am getting less salary than the persons who are having less experience than me. And also I may change the job after one year so I am scared that I may not get the good offer. So please suggest me should I concentrate on my own business or get some degree and certifications or only certification to secure my future. |
