A friend of mine has been at me to join him in a new venture. The plan would be to target small and medium sized businesses in our region and provide complete IT outsourcing.
One idea I had was to offer Linux servers instead of Windows, this would allow us to be a lot more competitive when offering server systems and also limit the possibility of our competitors coming in and taking over our support contracts.
