softskills

i know that most people on here are hard on study for technical skills but if your company budget allowed what would you choose for softskills

Most other softskills, such as customer service, is really something that comes with practice and experience, much like technical skills. If your company has any access to customer service materials, those will go a long way, even if you decide to change careers. Part of that is conflict management, which will greatly benefit you even when you are not working with customers. Sometimes how far you go with a company is tied to how well you get along with everyone.
