Dual Boot with win2k - Questions

Guys, I want to accomplish the following, but need some advices:

I have a small network at home: 2 clients and 1 potential Server. I want to use my Pc for the server because it's the newest Pc. I installed Win2k on the C Drive, this is where I have all my files, personal stuff, etc. Now I want to use the D drive and E: for Win 2k Server and Dns, AD, Microsoft Exchange, Terminal Services, etc. I wil use NTFS on D: and E: Is there any chance that this might work or should I get another hard drive for the things I mentioned above?
