Need help for the CPU section

Hi everyone,

I have recently started preparing for the A+ exam and while reading the chapter on CPU I am bit confused as there are lots of data related to various socket and related cpu models, data bus and address bus for number of CPUs etc.

Please let me know do we have to cram this full list for the exam???
