delegate a group of users to move computers to the rigth OU

Hi all,

Would be nice to let me know the easy and fast way to delegate a group of users(migration technicians) to only move prepared computers from the prepared computers OU (OU already created)......., move from this OU to the rigth OUs(Ous already crfeated) , nothing else only this task..
