CEC certificate worth anything? - Is CEC certificate worth getting

What made me wonder if they are so professional is that I submitted my resume and profile to them for review, and they eagerly said that I am qualified for certification without any tests or training (on second thought, I have 7 years in IT, Masters Degree, MCP and other perks that might've led them to that conclusion).

If anyone had any encounter with them or knows whether this is a good certificate, and if this is known among HR pros, please let me know.
