I am interested in pursuing a MCSA or MCSE, but I don't have any work experience in IT. By reading some of the posts on here it seems best to have experience before getting either Certification.
My question then is what lower certifications should I be looking at doing if I want to get an entry level job(like help desk support)? Would it be best to get the OS certifications or would another one be better.
